I need to change information in my Student Profile (email address, phone number, agency, etc.)

Go to the Update Your Profile page to update information in your Student Profile. You can update your:

• *Name
• Email Address
• Mobile phone number
• Mailing Address
• Certification Level
• Certification Expiration Date
• Primary Suffolk County Agency
• Additional agencies you are affiliated with

*NOTE – Your USERNAME cannot be changed! If you used your email address or name as your username, you must continue to use it to login.
